Instructions for Obtaining the Volume Serial Number
Following are
illustrations and instructions for determining the volume serial number for
your computer.
Click Start
button to get above screen.
Click Run button to get next screen.
Type “cmd” (possibly “command”) and click OK to get next screen.
At the prompt, type “C:”
Press “Enter”
Type dir/p
Press Enter
Read the volume serial number. For this computer it is 07D0-0711.
