The individual or organization should be involved in the operation of fired heaters or the training of personnel that operate fired heaters. After the required information is received you will be given instructions by email that will permit you to download the installation files from this site.

The demonstration copy that is supplied can be installed only on the hard drive whose volume serial number is supplied below. You can obtain your hard drive volume serial number by entering "dir/p" at the DOS prompt. "Click" for additional instructions.
